THE DERRICK BROTHERS
The Derrick Brothers came to Los Angeles from Shaker Heights, OH after graduating from Ohio University (William) and the University of Michigan (Christopher). Before arriving in Los Angeles, as sons of a film financier for international co-productions (in the mid 70's) who later became a coffee importer, they traveled extensively in Europe, South America and the Middle East (notably – Germany, France, Austria, Mexico, Columbia, and Ecuador).
The Derrick Brothers learned their film craft at USC and UCLA's prestigious graduate and extension film programs. They went on to write, edit, produce and direct several short films, commercials and music videos. The Derrick Brothers recently finished writing & directing a sci-fi satire short film entitled "F*CK YOU, PAY ME!" with Olympian Carl Lewis and Leonard Roberts (star of the NBC show Heroes).
